ウ	ウメ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 燕三条駅周辺で一番リーズナブルだったので利用させていただきました。借りる時に対応してくれた男性店員さんはとても親切で、20時までの閉店時間であれば延長しても料金が変わらないので、予定よりも遅くなる場合は電話だけお願いしますとのことだったので、途中でお電話し、1時間ほど延長させていただきました。返却した時に対応してくれた店員さんは、借りた時とは別の方でしたが、延長料金がかかると言われました。が、今回はサービスします、と…。結局最初にお支払いした金額のみで済んだので問題はないのですが、果たしてどちらが正解だったのか…なんだかモヤモヤする対応でした。また、ナビにお店が設定されておらず、自宅に帰る、を安易に利用した結果、誰のご自宅かわからないところ(田んぼ道をずっと走らされたのち、どこかの一軒家の前)に案内されてしまい返却するときに困ったのと、レンタカーにしては珍しく借りる時にガソリンスタンドの案内がなかったので(付近は潰れたスタンドばかり！)最後の給油に時間と手間がかかりました。スタンドマップは用意してもらえると嬉しいです。 I used it because it was the most reasonable around Tsubamesanjo station.
