都内在住で何故仙台支社の方が担当になったかも不明確でした。
留守電のない着信のみがあり、こちらからの折り返しの電話複数回にはリアクション無し。
（営業時間外だったのでしょうか）
メールでの問い合わせするもキャンセルをお伝えした際にだけお詫びの即レスあったのみ。
結果的に別サービスを利用して一括見積もりをすることにしました。
こういった問題は担当うんぬんではなく、職場環境の問題が大きいのかもしれません。
今後のサービス向上を願います。
 I used the fire insurance quote that was linked to at Ribe University, but the contact was late and I was totally disappointed.
It was unclear why the Sendai branch office was in charge of living in Tokyo.
There is only an incoming call without an answering machine, and there is no reaction to multiple call backs from here.
(Is it outside business hours?)
I made an inquiry by e-mail, but only when I told the cancellation, I apologized immediately.
As a result, I decided to make a bulk quote using another service.
I'm not in charge of these problems, but the problem of the work environment may be big.
Please improve the service in the future.
