★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買ったばかりのベンツを車庫入れの時、右前のバンパーとヘッドランプのカバーを塀にあてガックリ、仕方ないのでJ-FACTORYさんに塗装、修理をお願いした。フロントの方が丁寧に対応してくれ「ヘッドランプはカバーが傷がついても全体交換で20万円以上になります」と言われまたガックリ。 ヘッドランプはあきらめその他の傷の塗装、調整をお願いした。
「修理が終わりました」と連絡をいただき車を引取りに行き修理箇所の確認をしたところ、何とヘッドランプの傷が無くなってきれいになっていた。修理していただいたメカの方がせっかく綺麗になったのでランプの傷も治しておいたとのことで追加料金もなしで対応していただいた。
J-FACTORYの皆様の親切な対応、本当に有難うございました。
When I put the Benz I just bought in the garage, I got a bumper on the front right bumper and headlamp cover, and I couldn't help it. I asked J-FACTORY to paint and repair it. The front desk responded politely, and it was said that "even if the cover of the headlamp is damaged, it will cost more than 200,000 yen for the whole replacement", and it is a shame again. I gave up the headlamp and asked for painting and adjustment of other scratches.
When I contacted him and said that the repair was finished, I picked up the car and checked the repaired area, and it was clean and the headlamps had no scratches. The repaired mechanic was so clean that I repaired the scratches on the lamp, so I responded without any additional charge.
