★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設名称の通り出雲市役所の出先機関で、斐川地域の行政窓口として機能してますね。
建物は合併前の簸川郡から利用されているので老朽化は否めません。
施設の前には広い駐車場があるので、利用しやすいです。
一般の方が普段利用する窓口は建物正面入口入ってすぐにあるので分かりやすいと思います。
２階もありますが、建設、農業等専門課が構えています。
窓口ロビーは、それほど広くないですが、
普段は混雑する事ない様です。
As the name of the facility suggests, it is a branch office of the Izumo City Office and functions as an administrative window for the Hikawa area.
Since the building was used from Hikawa-gun before the merger, it cannot be denied that it is aging.
There is a large parking lot in front of the facility, so it is easy to use.
I think it's easy to understand because the window that the general public usually uses is right after entering the front entrance of the building.
There is also a second floor, but there is a specialized section for construction, agriculture, etc.
The window lobby is not very large,
It doesn't seem to be usually crowded.
