★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒天を使ったお菓子とデザートやぜんざい等があるオシャレな店舗でした(^^)甘酒は恐らく生姜が入っていて新感覚でした。デザートは綺麗で目でも楽しめました。店舗の中では地酒等扱っていてたまたまかもしれませんが道の駅より安かったです(^o^)
 It was a fashionable store with sweets using agar, desserts, zenzai, etc. (^^) Amazake was probably a new sensation with ginger. The dessert was beautiful and enjoyed with my eyes. It might have happened that it handled local sake in the store, but it was cheaper than the roadside station (^ o ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初詣の後でお邪魔しました。アイスクリームとホイップクリームがトッピングされた小豆あん寒天と、みたらし団子を二本注文しました。正直両方とも私の好みではありませんでした。オーガニック製品だからなのかどうかは分かりませんが、アイスクリームというよりシャーベットのような硬さで、極めて薄味。寒天の味を補う甘味には到底及ばず、一人前食べきりませんでした。団子はこれまたオーガニック製品だからなのかどうかは分かりませんが、ただ柔らかいだけで粘りが無く、食べ終わった後は口の中がヌルヌルする感じでやはり好みではありませんでした。
店内は清潔感があり、店員さんはハキハキ明るく対応が良かっただけに残念です。私は甘味に健康志向を求めていないので、合わなかったのかな。
I came after the first visit. I ordered two red bean paste agar with ice cream and whipped cream and two mitarashi dumplings. Honestly neither was my preference. I don't know if it's an organic product, but it's more like sherbet than ice cream and very thin. The sweetness that complemented the taste of agar was far below the level of sweetness, and I couldn't eat one serving. I don't know if the dumpling is an organic product, but I didn't like it because it was soft and not sticky, and my mouth was slimy after eating.
The inside of the store has a clean feeling, and the clerk is sorry because it was cheerful and good. I guess I didn't want to be sweet because I didn't want to be healthy.

試食が用意してあり、寒天とメレンゲのお菓子「雪ふわり」が上品で美味しかったのでお土産に買いました。
パッケージも可愛くて、とても喜ばれました。
自分用に買った「さいころ寒天」も美味しかったです?
The shop is lined with beautifully colored sweets.
There was a tasting and the agar and meringue confectionery “Snow Fluffy” was elegant and delicious so I bought it as a souvenir.
The package was cute and I was very pleased.
The “Saikoraku Agar” I bought for myself was also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寒天のお土産をいくつか購入して、イートインで九龍球を食べました。店員さんたちが笑顔で接客してくれて朝イチだったこともあり心地よく過ごせました。試食した寒天は不思議な触感でお土産で配るの楽しみです。
I bought some agar souvenirs and ate Kowloon balls at eat-in. The clerk smiled and served me in the morning, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. The tasting agar has a mysterious feel and I am looking forward to handing it out as a souvenir.
