★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元スーパーの所に移転してきたので駐車場が無駄にひろいです。余裕もつてレンタル品がおいてあるので綺麗です。家の近くなって便利になりました。
Because we moved to former supermarket, parking lot is wide open wastefully. It is beautiful because there are rental items for a while. It became convenient near the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２年前になりますが、出発する2時間前にスーツケースを、ダメもとでかりに行ったのに、快く対応してくれた、スタッフの皆さんに感謝しています。すぐに綺麗なスーツケースを手渡された時には、驚いたし、嬉しかったです。あの時は、本当にありがとうございました。その後も、2回ほど同じスーツケースをかりに行きましたよ。?
It's been two years ago, but I'm grateful to all the staff for their willingness to take care of my suitcase two hours before departure. I was surprised and happy when I was immediately handed a beautiful suitcase. Thank you very much for that time. After that, I went to pick up the same suitcase about twice. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャンプ用品をレンタルするのに利用しました。レンタル料金については、まあまあだと思いましたが、送料がレンタル料金と同じくらい(¥13,000-くらい）でびっくりしました。しかも予約を確定してからの送料料金の連絡なのでキャンセルする事も出来ません！。
しかもキャンプ場に午前中の到着で申込みしたのにもかかわらず、配送業者にはその旨を伝えておらず。意味不明な言い訳ばかりで「こちらに不備は無い」の一点張りです。
二度と利用することは無いのは勿論ですが…せっかくのキャンプで大自然に囲まれてイライラしたい人にはオススメの業者さんだと思います。
（あくまでも個人の感想です）
Used to rent camping equipment. As for the rental fee, I thought it was OK, but I was surprised that the postage was about the same as the rental fee (about ¥ 13,000-). Moreover, it is not possible to cancel the postage charge after confirming the reservation! .
Even though I applied to the campsite in the morning, I didn't tell the delivery company. It ’s just an excuse that does n’t make sense, and it ’s a single point.
Of course, I will never use it again ... I think it is a recommended trader for those who want to get frustrated by being surrounded by nature at a special camp.

問い合わせメールのレスポンスが遅い。
商品の動作不良があったのに明確な謝罪の言葉はなく、先にメールで問い合わせたにも関わらずこちらから連絡するまで何の反応もなかった。
レンタル料金が安いことと在庫が多いのはいいが、それ以外はよろしくない。
商品の品質管理も徹底されてないので、長期間レンタルするのであれば大手と取り引きした方が良いと思う。

There was no clear apology even though there was a malfunction in the product, and there was no reaction until I contacted from here despite inquiring by email first.
It is good that the rental fee is low and there is a lot of stock, but it is not good other than that.
Quality control of products is not thorough, so if you want to rent for a long time, you should trade with a major company.
