★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星野リゾート 界 アルプスの奥にあるパワースポットのお寺です。大町温泉郷の守り神だとか。星野リゾートの敷地内にお寺があるのかと思いましたが、ある意味、お寺の色ホテルがあると言えるかもしれません。
実際のところ、界 アルプスは、雪国の伝統的な建築である雪除けのアーケード雁木造り客室棟や温泉棟が左右に並んでいますが両棟の間の道は泉獄寺につながる参道をイメージしているとのことでした。温泉郷の守り神と現代のホテルのマッチングは一見の価値ありです。
