ほぼ新品(1度しか着ていません)のブランド商品をだしたところ、黒い汚れまみれになって戻ってきました。
しかも、保証もできない。工場に出した後、いつになったら戻ってくるか分からないそうです。
本部を通したいと言ったら、日数がかかる・やめた方がいいなどと言って本部の電話番号すら教えてくれませんでした。
