上	上繕朱來 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパーでリクエスト予約しましたが、何も返信がなく当日そのまま来店オープン時に来店して、他に2組くらいだったため予約した事を言わず来店し、サーモン盛り放題丼を頼みました。味は美味しく提供も早かったです！ただ、ホールの男性が終始塩とゆうか、ウチはこうなんでみたいな対応。 1番嫌だったのが、盛って頂く時に残したら罰金、たくさん盛る人は結構残すなど言いながら盛られた事です。そして最終的には、この辺りですかね？と言われたので、じゃあもういいですと言いました。盛ると言うアミューズメントを売っているのであれば、注意事項は分かりますが言い方があると思いました。 I made a request reservation with Hot Pepper, but there was no reply and I came to the store as it was on the day I came to the store when it opened, and since there were about two other groups, I came to the store without saying that I made a reservation and asked for an all-you-can-eat salmon bowl. ち	ちょこチャンネル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店にはもっとよくなって頂きたいので、正直に書き込みします。先日お店を利用しました。結論から言うと、男性スタッフの接客態度、品物ともに最悪でした。スタッフの接客は、このご時世に来て頂くお客様には大変失礼な上から目線の接客態度。品物は鉄火丼のマグロは色が悪く、筋も多く、味は普通。普通と言っても、スーパーで売ってる鉄火丼の方がよっぽど美味しいです。カニは臭かったです。おまけにご飯は古米？を使っているのか、一緒に食べた人は不味くてご飯残してました。不味くて残す事って、なかなかないですよ？今まで多くの飲食店を訪れましたが、その中でもトップ3に入る程酷かったです。正直口コミが良かっただけにとても残念でした。お客様は神様ではないですが、お客様が来てくださるからこそ成り立つ仕事だと思います。収入が減ってご褒美にと来店してくださるお客様もこのご時世多く、また周りの居酒屋は閉店したり休業したりで大変な所多い中…もっとお客様への接客、そして提供する物をしっかり考え直すべきだと思います。宜しくお願いします。 I would like the store to improve, so I will write it honestly. 桐	桐生一馬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19時頃２人で入店し、白魚こぼれ丼をそれぞれ注文しました。しかしいくら待っても来ない…店員の女の子に言っても「確認します」と言ったっきり…１時間半待っても来ないので、キャンセルして会計で文句言いました。店長さんらしき方にはすいませんと言っていただきましたが… 確かに物凄く混んでて、あの料理出すのは面倒かも知れませんが、ならメニューに入れるなよ、と思いました。動画で見て凄く楽しみにしてきたので残念です。 Two people entered the store around 19:00 and ordered each of the white fish spilled rice bowls.
