★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事が忙しく、なかなか保険の見直しを出来る時間がなかったのですが、セルバ店は他店より遅くまで営業しているとの事で、仕事終わりでも相談出来るなと、予約して行きました。
遅い時間にもかかわらず、親身に相談に乗って下さり、良い保険に入れたと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からほけんの窓口でお世話になっています。引越ししてきたのでこちらの店舗利用は2回目ですが、的確なアドバイスをいただけました。どこが不安なのか？一つ一つ解決して頂けて、納得ができ感謝しています。
近隣で同じような総合窓口では、グイグイ商品を勧められ、関係無さそうな個人情報も立ち入って聞かれたりと、嫌な思いをしたあとでしたが、ほけんの窓口では商品を勧めるのでは無く、本当に必要か？何が必要か？をこちら目線で考えて下さいます。
また何かあればお願いしたいと思っています。

今回は他の保険の見直しの相談をしましたが、無理に勧められる事も無く、アドバイスもして下さり、非常に信頼出来る印象を持ちました。
子供を連れて行ったのですが、キッズスペースもあり、子供を遊ばせながら安心して相談出来たのも良かったです。

初めはこちらの状況や希望内容を聞き取ってもらい、その上でいくつかのプランを提示してもらいながら、ピックアップしてくれた理由と特徴、微妙な保障面の違いなどを説明してくれました。その後も迷ってしまったので何度か足を運び、二転三転しながら比較と試算を繰り返しましたが、担当の方は嫌な顔をせず、一つ一つの不安点に付き合ってくれ、最終的には満足できるプランで契約しました。やはり保険は大切なものなので、対面式で実際の話を聞きながらの方が安心して選べると感じます。
キッズスペースはさほど広くありませんが、個室も利用できるので、子供2人連れて行ってもゆっくり相談できたのは大きかったです。
