★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正時代に整備された円状交差点（寿ロータリー）の中にある円形の公園。公園の中央には豊岡水道の父「中江種造」氏の銅像が建っている。
 A circular park in a circular intersection (Kotobuki Rotary) that was maintained in the Taisho era. In the center of the park is a bronze statue of Toyooka Suido's father, Nakae Tanezo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中心にある銅像は中江種造（なかえたねぞう）1846年〜1931年。豊岡藩出身で古河財閥を興す礎を成した人物。鉱山王として有名で山林王でもある。1925年（大正14年）3月建立。例年5月11日ここで水道祭りが行われる。
The bronze statue in the center is Nakae Nezou from 1846 to 1931. A person from the Toyooka clan who laid the foundation for the establishment of the Furukawa conglomerate. Famous as a mining king, he is also a forest king. Built in March 1925 (Taisho 14). The water festival is held here on May 11th every year.
