に	にゃあにゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お家をお願いしました。ロープライスだけなら…他にもっと良い条件もあったのです❗ でもね…なかなか自分のニーズに合ったお家を提案してくれるハウスメーカーさんと会うことが出来ませんでした。会社によっては…話がいい加減すぎて、イライラしてしまう事もありました。これからお家を建てるので…完成するまで？住んでみるまでは良い買い物だったのかは分かりません。でも、何度打ち合わせしても。ストレスが全くないんです。とても、気持ちの良い打ち合わせなんです。これは私にとってはとても重要なこと。年上の担当者さんで❗とても、上手く対応をして頂けたからかな？仕事柄…雑な対応を受けると?嫌になっちゃうんです。若い担当者さんじゃ…嫌なんだろうな。私みたいなタイプは? という事で…ネクストハウスさんとお話を進めるならば‼️ あまり意気込まないで✨ 自分の希望をそのまま伝えられる事をお勧めします。最初は…図面を見たとき？？？？と思っても。お話を進めるうちに。建築士さんが提案してきた造りが自分の希望を叶えようとしてくださっている事に気がつくと思います。私は何度も…「なるほど❗そう言うことでこの形なのか?」と思わせていただけました❗ これから先…悪いことが起こったら…すぐに書き込みますが? 今のところ…不安は最小❕不満はゼロ❕な…会社、社員さんです? あまり、口コミの情報が無い会社なので…詳細でお伝えさせていただきました‼️ I asked for a house. Y	YUKI HIRANO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家をお願いしました。快適に暮らすことが出来ています。広い吹き抜けのあるプランでお願いしました。耐震等級も最高等級の3で、地震に強い家というオーダーを出して、対応してもらいました。営業担当の方の対応が素晴らしく、家を選ぶときの基準になりました。でも家は建てている時が一番楽しい！？ですね。 I asked for a house. I am able to live comfortably. I asked for a plan with a wide atrium. The earthquake resistance grade is also the highest grade 3, and we placed an order for a house that is strong against earthquakes and asked them to respond.
