K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテル1階に入っている四川料理店。禁煙や分煙の対策はなし。ほぼ2人掛けのテーブル席。7～8人掛けの中華円卓が2台あるので宴会も出来る模様。ランチの定食には、サラダ、スープ、ライス、セルフドリンク(珈琲、紅茶、烏龍茶、オレンジジュースなど)が付いている。麻婆豆腐は花椒の風味が効いた辛さ。エビチリは甘すぎず大人向けの辛さ。担々麺はナッツ系の香ばしさとクリーミー感が美味しく、ちょっと味が濃いめなのでライス追加必至。 Sichuan restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. Y	Yasuyuki Hara (想玄) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台風19号の影響で終日静岡第一ホテルに避難してました。外に出ることが出来ず、ホテル1階の四川料理店が営業してくれていたのでランチとディナーをこちらでいただきました。こちらのシェフは陳建一の下で働いていたようで、ランチは看板メニューの麻婆豆腐のセットを頂きました。私は麻婆豆腐好きなんですが、こちらの麻婆豆腐は麻辣が効いて、バランスも良くここ数年の間では一番美味しかったです。と言うか、私も麻婆豆腐を作るのですが、陳建一レシピのアレンジなので私の舌に馴染んだ味なのかもしれません。ディナーではアラカルトなのですが一品の量が多いのでお一人様で中華はちょっと勿体無いですね。よだれ鶏と焼餃子を頂きました。よだれ鶏はタレがとても美味しく、鶏も柔らかく蒸されていて美味しかったです。紹興酒も数種類用意されていて、ビジネスホテルに入っている中華屋さんと言うレベルを超えていると感じました。また、お昼に来たことを覚えていて紹興酒を1杯サービスでご馳走になっちゃいました。台風は迷惑でしたが、お陰で美味しい四川料理店に出会う事が出来ました。 It had taken refuge in the all-day Shizuoka first hotel under the influence of typhoon No. 19.
