急に工事や何かが始まったり､電話連絡しても対応が後回しにして(折り返し連絡なしとか)配慮が無い｡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの泉町の事務所に行く前には電話連絡をすることを強くオススメします。突然行っても事務所に人がいない可能性があります。私の場合、早く契約申込みをしたくて平日に何とか時間を作ってアポなしで事務所に行った時は事務所に誰もいませんでした。
2019年時点での私個人の体験談になるので今はどうかはわかりませんが、スノーアイス店では不動産契約はやってないはずです。私が契約をしようとした時は契約書類は泉町のこちらにしかないと言われました。不動産管理はお一人でやられているようで、土日は内見はしているがスノーアイス店を営業しているので契約申込みはしていない。平日に泉町の事務所に来て契約申込みをしてほしいと言われました。
私の場合聞きたいことがあって何回か電話をしましたが全然つながりませんでした。折り返しの電話も私にはありませんでした。妻が電話した時は折り返しの電話があったと言っていましたが。
We strongly recommend that you contact us by phone before going to this Izumicho office. Even if you go suddenly, there may be no one in the office. In the case of me, there was no one in the office when I wanted to apply for a contract early and managed to make time on weekdays and go to the office without an appointment.
It's my personal experience as of 2019, so I'm not sure about it now, but snow ice shops should not have real estate contracts. When I tried to make a contract, I was told that the contract documents were only here in Izumimachi. It seems that real estate management is done by one person, and although I look inside on Saturdays and Sundays, I do not apply for a contract because I am operating a snow ice shop. I was asked to come to the Izumi-cho office on weekdays to apply for a contract.
In my case, I had some questions and I called several times, but they didn't connect at all. I didn't even have a call back. When my wife called me there was a call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GW中に引っ越し中に、トラブル発生。テレビが映らない！？管理会社へ直ぐに連絡したら、『アパートなのでタイプなのでチャンネル設定では？』とのこと。不親切だなーと感じながら、お願いして来てもらうことに。近くに家があるとの事で10分程で来てくれました。どうやら休みだったようです。来て早々３分もしないうちにテレビが映っている！！？どうやら、テレビカードが裏表反対に入っていたそうで・・・・。お恥ずかしい・・・。申し訳無さも込めて評価します。
Trouble occurred while moving during Golden Week. I can't see the TV! ?? When I contacted the management company immediately, he said, "Because it's an apartment, it's a type, so what about channel settings? ]. Feeling unfriendly, I asked him to come. He came in about 10 minutes because he had a house nearby. Apparently it was a holiday. The TV is on in less than 3 minutes after coming! !! ?? Apparently, the TV card was on the front and back ... It's embarrassing ... I will evaluate it with regret.

電話の都度中断されるので私だけに対応してほしかった。
