3時間待ち、何も出来なかった。この後、みずほへ行って、30分で全部出来ました。
最悪。
This is the first time for such a bad service.
I waited for 3 hours and couldn't do anything. After this, I went to Mizuho and it was all done in 30 minutes.

銀行員の方が守らないもん他の人も守るわけないよね。
