★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書き込んでいますが、とにかく女性職員の態度がものすごく悪いです。こちらが分からなくて困っていても見て見ぬふりをし、ずっといらいらしているようでしたので怖かったし不快でした。もう二度と利用したくないです。ほかの方はその女性職員に対して注意や改善点などは伝えないのでしょうか？

目も合わせないしイライラしている様子で、他の窓口の方が親切そうな方ばかりなのでその女の人だけが目立ちます。(名札をカーディガンで隠してたのも気になります。クレーム対策でしょうか？)すごく不愉快な態度をされたので本社にもしっかりとクレームしました。注意していただけたんでしょうかね？
コンビニ店員さんの方がよっぽどいい接客をします。
郵便局の窓口で働いているのだからもっと自覚を持って接客して欲しいですね、残念です。次回同じような態度をされたら今度は直接注意しようと思います。
