分解と組み立てが別の人で、「どう分解したんだろう…」と言いながら組み立てていたのですが、その後エアコンの調子が悪くなり、一週間後には動かなくなりました。
問い合わせたところ、「掃除が故障の原因と言い切れないから、保証はしない」と突っぱねられました。
掃除を頼む前までは普通に動いていたのに、四苦八苦しながら組み直されて、原因では無いと考える方が不自然だと思うのですが、取り合ってもらえませんでした。
モノを綺麗にするどころか、壊すような会社です。二度と使いません。
I asked for the air conditioner to be cleaned.
The disassembly and assembly were done by another person, and I was assembling while saying, "How did you disassemble ...", but after that, the air conditioner got sick and stopped working a week later.
When I inquired, he said, "I can't say that cleaning is the cause of the failure, so I don't guarantee it."
Before I asked for cleaning, it worked normally, but I thought it would be unnatural to think that it was not the cause because it was reassembled while struggling, but I couldn't get it.
Instead of cleaning things, it's a company that destroys things. I will never use it again.
