接客も作業もしっかり丁寧です。
The BMW dealers are honest and don't have a good impression on customer service, but this is a bit different.
Both customer service and work are polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 敷居が高いのかなと思ってたけどそんな事もなくまぁ国産車のディラーとは少し違うけど…もうちょっとだけFRIENDLYだと行きやすいかも。
I was wondering if the threshold was high, but that wasn't the case. It's a little different from a domestic car dealer, but it might be easier to go if it's a little more FRIENDLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧だと思います。ただ、マイナス点は、本当に台車が少ない。まず台車問題ですね。点検に出して３日で１０万の部品が壊れました。回答はエラーコードで出てなかったから・・・ＰＣ頼り。壊れてからの修理。部品到着まで台車はもちろん無し。あとハンドルがべたべたの時もありました。
I think it's polite. However, the downside is that there are really few trolleys. First of all, the dolly problem. 100,000 parts broke in 3 days after being sent for inspection. The answer didn't come out with an error code ... relying on a PC. Repair after breaking. Of course there is no dolly until the parts arrive. There were also times when the handle was sticky.
