タイムカードもなく完全に違法就労です。
過去に労働基準監督署から指導を受けたこともあるそうですが、未だに変わっていません。
園長、副園長は現場で保育をしたこともなく、職員の声に耳を一切傾けてくれません。
職員はみんな優しい方ばかりなのですがここに就職するか迷ってる学生さんはおすすめ致しません。
こんな園長の経営している園に子どもをあずける親御さんも考えた方がいいと思います。
