★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 揚げたて海老天と稲庭うどん➕ミニしらす丼、900円をいただきました。お店は清潔感あふれ、こじんまりとしていて良い感じです。ただうどんの出汁はうま味が薄くて醤油のみの味が前面に出過ぎ、ミニしらす丼は大葉を絡ませたアイデアは良いのですが、しらすそのものに臭みがあっていまいちでした。900円は決して安いランチではなく、またメニューの組み立て、雰囲気も値段相応に良かっただけに残念です。実力はあるのに手を抜いてます⁉️
Freshly fried shrimp tempura and Inaniwa udon ➕ Mini Shirasu-don, 900 yen. The shop is clean, small and nice. However, the soup stock of udon has a light umami taste, and the taste of only soy sauce comes out too much in the foreground, and the idea of entwining the large leaves in the mini shirasu-don is good, but the shirasu itself has a bad smell. It's a shame that 900 yen is not a cheap lunch, and the menu assembly and atmosphere are good for the price. I have the ability, but I'm cutting corners ⁉️
