お	おんせんソムリエ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉宿として登録されてるけど温泉ではありません。他の口コミで浴場の消毒臭が気になると書かれていましたが納得です。フロントの女性の対応が悪く、15:00チェックインに対して2分早くても時間まで待たされます。 2分待たせて何の意味があるのかと思いました。キーボックスから鍵出して渡すだけの対応なのに… お風呂は内風呂に大小２つ、定員2名のサウナと水風呂です。外に小さい露天風呂があります。こちらも定員2名くらいかな？貸切でないと気持ち悪いです。内風呂の小さい方はホームページには生薬風呂とアップされていますがずいぶん前から休止しています。料理はてっちりコースで予約して内容は良かったと思います。ポン酢が薄いので持参した方が良いと思います。泊まり客と一般客がレストランに入り混じっていてスタッフの対応がキャパオーバーしていました。注文した料理がいつまで経っても来ないと不満の声があちこちから聞こえていました。部屋には洗面所に前の客が使った歯ブラシや割れた湯呑みがそのまま置いてあり、一気に気分悪くなりました。トイレの蓋が上げた状態で固定できなくて、片手で蓋を持って用を足さないといけなく不便でした。今回はキャンペーン中なので利用したけど当分はもういいかな？と思いました。てか良いところ見つけるのに困りました。 Although it is registered as a hot spring inn, it is not a hot spring.
