★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やえ神社と呼ぶ人も多いですが、いやさか神社が正式名称です。近くには木村重成が大坂城の落城を見届けたという『馬立』がひっそりと存在します。（コンクリート舗装されていますが、今でも周囲より旧な坂の上にあります）。
 Many people call it Yae Shrine, but Iyasaka Shrine is the official name. Nearby, there is a quiet “Batachi” where Shigenari Kimura has seen the fallen castle of Osaka Castle. (It is paved concrete, but it is still on a hill that is older than the surroundings).

由緒によればこの神社は旧大和川支流の東岸近くにあったという。
境内には堤防上にあった巨木が数本残っている。
御神木の根が浮き上がっているのは堤防の土を取り払ったため。
街中にある神社だが境内は静謐、落ち着いている。
A fine shrine.
According to history, this shrine was near the eastern bank of the former Yamato River tributary.
There are still some giant trees on the embankment in the precincts.
The roots of the sacred tree are raised because the soil on the embankment has been removed.
Although it is a shrine in the city, the precincts are quiet and calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祭神は須佐之男命で地元の方が百度参りされているのをいつも見かけます。
かの大坂夏の陣では豊臣方の武将木村重成がここより西の大坂城が炎に包まれている姿を見て一矢報いに戦地である東の若江へと向かったようです。
Googleマップで上空から見ると
北にある司馬遼太郎記念館と同じ森だったようで
西鳥居に居ながら竹林の葉擦れを聴いていると
その昔に森林だった頃の見ぬ風景を
思い出すような気がします。
雨に濡れた境内も静けさが際立ち素敵です。
