★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 井戸水で作られていると聞いて、食べてみたいと思ったのがきっかけです。味噌の胡瓜と大根を頂きました。味のベースは同じだと思うのですが、風味が違う感じで、胡瓜は香り高くて酸味が効いていて、大根は味わいが深くて、どちらも美味しかったです。田沼の道の駅にもあるそうなので、今度行ってみようと思います♪
