淡路出身の方から淡路に行ったら是非食べてみてっ！とオススメされた、たまらん焼き? お店の場所がわかりにくくてウロウロ... お土産屋さんの隣のテントの1番奥にありました? しかも11時？くらいに行ったら開店時間のはずなのに、あれ..？閉まってる？?笑とりあえず隣のお店で焼き牡蠣とジンジャエールを注文w そうこうしてる間にやっと開店w ....このゆるい感じも淡路時間なのか？ww (ジンジャエールめちゃくちゃ美味しかった??笑) 目の前で焼いてくれるのを待つ空腹の時間...?笑焼いてる間におっちゃんが色々説明してくれますw この綺麗な卵は北坂たまご？ってゆう高級な卵らしい... やぱり卵は映えるよね〜?? 味は全然重くなくて美味しい〜卵キャベツ玉ねぎふわふわ〜? そして何より外のパリパリした米粉生地がガレットみたいでちょー美味しい〜? (ガレット食べたことないけど) 生地ずっと食べてたいわwww あと欲を言えば、タレもっとつけてくれたらよかったな、おっちゃん...?笑意外な写真映えも◎でした〜、家でも作ってみたい??
