Y	Yukiko Hatori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口に出ているのは委託や派遣の人ばかりで、職員(公務員)はほとんど窓口対応していないようです。他の区役所と比べて照明が暗いせいか何となく雰囲気も暗い印象を受けます。 2021年4月に区民課の窓口で戸籍謄本を取りました。AGSと書いてある制服を着た人の説明が早口でわかりにくかったです。他にも「よろしかったですか？」という間違った言葉遣いを連発している人もいますが誰も注意しないようです。隣の見沼区役所のほうが親切で対応も良いと感じます。駅前で利便性はありますが、その他に良いと感じる点はありません。 Only outsourced and dispatched people are at the counter, and it seems that the staff (public servants) hardly respond to the counter.
