奈良時代初期の古墳と伝えられており埋葬者は不明。
中村区で現存する古墳はここだけで岩塚の地名の由来ともなっています。
あまり参拝者を見かけませんが綺麗に整備されており、ゆっくりと見学出来ます。
古墳1号墳、2号墳は見つけやすいです。
3号墳は戦勝記念碑が建てられている場所です。

I don't see many worshipers, but they are in good condition and you can take a leisurely tour.
Kofun No. 1 and No. 2 are easy to find.
Mound No. 3 is the place where the Victory Memorial is built.
