前日突然給湯器が故障し、大変困惑顔しました。
震災の折も、電気が停まり凍結して故障したのですが、直ぐに来てみていただき、その日のうちに修理していただきました。今回は経年劣化もあり交換になりましたが、負担の掛からないものでやっていただき午後には完了。
ライフラインは使えて当たり前という毎日であっても、相ではありません。いつも素早い適切な対応をしていただき本当に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。
