だが、建物が古すぎる。あちこちたらい回しにされるのはもはや役所の宿命。

説明、対応が、こちらが恐縮するくらい低姿勢で丁寧。
窓口対応しているのが何で、してないのが何かは、ネットで開示しているので検索すれば分かる。
