HPにもその明記は無し。
予約確認メールにも記載無し。
TEL問い合わせ相談時にも時間の案内無し。
入口で同様に、顔色の悪い方が必死に語りかけておられたが、断られていて可哀想でした。
事前に予約メールもして、確認で電話でも相談して、辛い状態で必死に診てもらう為に訪れたら、締め切られていればパニックになります。
ノックしても出ない、何とか別の入口から漸く入るとそこは禁止区域とのこと。
先生からは厳しいセキュリティで後から連絡来るかもしれませんよと脅されて驚くことばかりでした。
受付時間の存在を知っていれば間に合わないなら当然来ません。
こんなに慌ててうっかり入り込むことも無かったでしょう。
ギリギリの体調で、問い合わせをして来院して入れなければ、心に余裕も無く、何かの間違いでは⁇と入るのに必死になります。
患者に対して基本的な大切な受付時間というものを、こんなにも告知のない病院は初めてです。
大抵は診療時間内は受付する病院が多いですし、そうでなければ受付終了時間についてホームページや電話時、確認メールなど何処かで案内があります。
知らせが無く分からなかったと伝えたたく話しましたが、
入り口に受付終了とあればそうです。
というスタッフの言葉も、本当にここは病院なのだろうか、患者目線のホスピタリティに欠け大変残念でした。

・受付終了時間 午前12:15/午後17:45 (恐らく左の通りだったと思いますが、心配な方はお問い合わせください)診療終了時間は受付終了時間ではありません。
・支払い現金のみでした
・数回程行きましたが待ち時間が1〜2時間です。恐らく隣接する老人ホームの入居者も同時に診ているからかと思います。

看護師さん、先生の対応はとても気持ちがいいものですし、安心して受けられます。
水・お茶・紅茶・コーヒーが飲めるサーバーなるものがあります。
待ち時間のこともありますが、受付に声かけて一旦外出することも可能だと思います。色々と融通をきかせていただける気もします。

Can’t make reservations but I went in around 2:30 on a weekday and was seen immediately.
