く	くにまG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの接客は悪い！接客をしっかり教育していない！学生のバイトのり！コンビニの学生バイトのほうが接客はよいと思う。ホームセンターとドラッグストアの学生アルバイト、アルバイトみたいな社員は接客の姿勢が悪いです。特にこのコロナ下で利用率が高まっているにも関わらず教育できていない！！・来店客への挨拶がない、又は小さい・レジで客と目をあわせない・レジで客へ向かって言葉をかけていない。レジに向かってボソボソ話す・待機の状態でレジやカウンター内で同僚と業務とは違う無駄話をしている(客目線で印象が悪いと取れる感じに) バイトの意識が低いことと、管理運営の社員の教育能力がなく、無関心な態度が目につく、少し胡座をかきすぎていて不快である。このコロナ以前から感じていたが… それならいっそセルフレジなどを導入し薬剤師以外必要ない状態へ移行すれば店の利便性と格が保たれるのに、今の客を食った店舗運営方針は代弁者残念てす。 Hospitality here is bad!
