ゆ	ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約した際の電話対応が悪かった。折り返し電話しますと言っても連絡がない。また着きたい場所を言っても管理側が勘違いして別の所を言う。誤解を解くのも大変だった。電話対応のおばあさんを変えた方がいいのでは？。顧客意識が薄く、対応が悪い? 信頼できない。接客対応が悪い。謝罪はしない。言い訳ばかり。改善する気はない。煽る言葉しか返してこない！。顧客の話は聞かず、決めつけの言葉ばかりで話にならない。言い訳され回数券も買えない時も。ほんと最悪の対応。誠意がない！待ち時間の時間にも遅れる。他のサイト口コミに「喧嘩ごしな対応」と書かれたのを見たが、その通りだと思った。社長の対応も最悪。 The telephone response when making a reservation was poor.
