店員さんの対応も良かったです。
特に工場の方からの車検前にどれくらいかかるか見積もりを出してもらってどれくらい修理をした方がいいのか色々と詳しく熱心に教えてもらってだいぶ助かりました！

直前の予約にも関わらず柔軟に対応していただいたうえ、必須の整備とそれ以外の整備の説明もわかりやすく、必要な整備を選んで車検を受けることが出来ました。
サービスで車内の掃除機と洗車もしていただき、愛車がピカピカになって返ってきて嬉しかったです?

料金も安くおさえて頂き、代車等のサービスも良かったです。
一点、残念だったことがあります。
車検から戻ってきて、車を預けている間のドライブレコーダーを確認したところ、警告音が鳴っているのも気にせず、パーキングブレーキをかけたまま、駐車場内や工場内を走行している様子が録画されていました。
それ事態は車の故障に繋がるようなことでもありませんが、オーナーが見ていないところでは手を抜いたり適当なことをやっているのではないかと疑心暗鬼になってしまいます。

One thing was disappointing.
