音楽室は防音で、大会議室にはステージも備わってます。
文化会館ではありませんが、一般人の文化活動には、こういう施設が望ましいんでしょうね。
As a public hall, it is of high quality.
The music room is soundproof and the large conference room also has a stage.
It's not a cultural center, but I think this kind of facility is desirable for the cultural activities of the general public.
