★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遠方からの転勤に伴い、インターネットで物件を探して、2つ物件の内覧のお願いを10日以上前にメールでお願いしていたのに、当日になって1つは決まってしまったとの連絡があり、1つは物件の前まで行って鍵が無いとの事で見ることも出来ませんでした。なかなか足を運べない中での物件探しの貴重な時間を、ないがしろな対応をされた気がしてとても残念でした。

TELしても繋がらず、別店舗へ転送された挙げ句店舗から「折り返し」提案しても折り返しがかかってきた試しがない。
来店してもとにかく対応したくない感を全面にだし不愉快以外の何ものでもない。
物件は持ってるかもですが、他のところで契約、相談することをオススメします。
