I am indebted by vaccination of child. It's almost crowded and I'll wait as long as 2 hours. Nurse teacher is kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生も看護師さんも優しくて、こちらが疑問に思っている事を気さくに聞けて、ちゃんと先生も答えてくれます。血液検査も院内ですぐ分かる内容もあるので安心です。
The teachers and nurses are kind, and they can kindly ask me what I am wondering, and the teachers will answer me properly. There is also a blood test that you can easily understand in the hospital, so you can rest assured.

聞いたら次診察案内します、と言われたのに四人目。薬だけだからって予約入れさせないでおいて、待たせ過ぎかと思いました。
I have to wait a long time without any guidance.
The fourth person was told that he would guide me to the next medical examination when I heard it. I thought it would be too long to wait without letting me make a reservation because it was just medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生が優しいときいていきましたが、受付の感じがわるく(笑顔もないし覇気がない)教育をしたほうがいいと思います。結局、その日は帰ったので受付スタッフだけの評価です。
The teacher was kind to me, but I think it's better to have an education that makes the receptionist feel uncomfortable (no smile and no courage). After all, I returned that day, so it was only evaluated by the reception staff.

家族が熱を出したので早く診察してもらいたくて９時前に受付に行ったら『家族も院内に入ってほしく無いんですけど』って言われました。
言い方、他にありません？
以前行った時もめっちゃ感じ悪かったの思い出しました。

ただ、コロナ禍の今は昔から懇意にしているお年寄りばかりを大事にしている感じがします。高熱で指定時間に行っても外で1時間待たされ、検査も自分でやらされ、受け渡しもビニール袋で悲しくなりました。結局陰性でしたが、超高熱で長時間待つのは本当に辛いです。もう行くことはないかな…
