k	kitasatoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの不動産屋が所有するアパートに17年ぐらい住んでた。ペット不可なのに入居時、敷金・礼金2ヶ月分払った。最初は家賃５万円で契約更新料は17万円ぐらい払ってた。こんなもんだと思ってたので。何も知らなかったのが悪いんだけど… 立ち退きの際、畳12枚中５枚こちらで交換代を負担（敷金から）。別の不動産屋では畳などは消耗品だから大家負担と聞いていたがここの大家はこちらで弁償しろと言ってきおった。しかも入居時から汚い畳なんだよ！最初から替えてねえんだ。２０年ちかく住んでいたのに返ってきたお金は敷金１０万円くらい払って７千円くらい。文句を言ったら優しい感じから一変。上から目線で冷たい口調。もう腹がたってしょうがない入居時だけならわかるけど、契約更新・退室でこんなにお金がかかるなんてちなみに同僚は最初にここで契約したアパートが引っ越し前に勝手に解約されてしまい、慌てて別のアパートを探す事になった。理由があるんだろうが契約書っていったいなんだ I lived in an apartment owned by a real estate agent here for about 17 years.
