★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今は近くに新しい直売所があり、ここは昔の直売所だった所です✋ 季節限定？かもしれませんが『塩引き鮭』を販売していました❗ 2階の部屋には村上独特の『お腹の真ん中を切らない』塩引き鮭がズラーリ? 直売所のおばあちゃんが『荷札が付いてるのは予約品だよ✋付いてないのを見てね～✋』と? ダンナが実家のお歳暮に4㎏の鮭を1本買って、1階で縦半分にさばいてもらいました? 待ってる間に塩引き鮭のガラ汁を頂きました✨
大根と鮭のガラの味噌汁は臭みも無く、大根にも味が染みていて美味しかったです? 前記しましたが、季節限定の営業かもしれないので確認してから行ってみてください?✋
