★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 弘前の観光施設などで売られている手焼きせんべいを実際に作っているところです。ここでもせんべいを買うことができます。手書きの装置が色々とあってなかなか興味深い場所でした。ここの主人のおじいちゃん間にも親切にしていただきました。
住宅街の中にあり、手焼きせんべいの工場も一般の民家のように見えるので、見つけにくいかもしれませんが、道路端に手焼きせんべい本舗と書かれた看板がありますので、それを探してみてください。

小麦粉を使った瓦せんべいのような、南部せんべいのような感じの、手焼きせんべいです。
美味しいので、いっぺんに何枚も食べられます。
くるみ・胡麻・まるごとの皮付きピーナッツなどの何種類もあります。
ビニール袋入り以外にも、ご贈答用に箱入りもあります。
贈り物として喜ばれました。
