We had a Japanese style room and everything in there was old and felt very traditional and authentic, like stepping into an old Japanese film. The onsen is a basic but still nice all the same. There is a woman who speaks some English which was helpful. The nearby Budhist temple, 5 mins walk away is definitelt worth a visit. Early in the morning, around 10am there were very few people allowing great photos to be taken.
