★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全てに関して遅い。東京駅という立地を考えたら、最悪。どうなってるのか、説明してほしい。
ファーストドリンクの提供の段階から待たされる。その後のドリンクの注文についてもなかなか出ない。
料理についても、すぐ出るメニューですら、20分ほど待てども出ない。
流石にこれ以上待てないので注文をキャンセルして出たが、値段の確認したら、来てない商品も入ってる。

手仕込み豚ロースカツ陶板煮御膳を注文。
熱々の煮えたぎった状態で提供されました。嬉しいですね。
サラダのドレッシングが美味しかったです。
そして豆腐等の付け合わせを頂き、メインディッシュのカツ煮は食べやすい厚さ切られていて、煮込んでいる中にも、コロモのサクサクさも感じながら食すことができ、十分満足できました。
ご馳走さまでした。

I ordered a hand-prepared pork loin cutlet boiled on a ceramic plate.
Served in a hot, boiled state. I'm happy.
The salad dressing was delicious.
Then, with garnish such as tofu, the cutlet boiled main dish was cut to a thickness that was easy to eat, and while it was being boiled, I was able to eat while feeling the crispness of Koromo, and I was fully satisfied.
It was a feast.

工夫やお酒の品揃えが気に入っていたので新しく東京駅にもお店ができたと聞き入りました。
お刺身など海鮮ものを中心としたお店。
ランチも力を入れているそうです。
明るい木目調の店内は落ち着く雰囲気で半個室やカウンター席もあるので
団体からお一人様まで使いやすいと思います。
鯵の姿造りは、とくに感動！再訪したらまた注文したいメニュー。
ワイン醤油が出てきたのも面白かったです。

レギュラーメニューに加えて本日のおすすめメニューなどもあり、飽きさせない。
魚の鮮度はまずまずといったところ。
お値段を考えると満足はできるレベル。
とろけるカニクリームコロッケと言うメニューは固めの衣に包まれたクリーミーなカニクリームがとても美味しく、この日のいちばんでした。
自家製のジンジャーエールサワーも生姜がピリッと効いておいしい。
