夜勤に関して
責任能力のある人が居ない
利用者の事を聞いても分かりかねます
そんなずさんな介護現場は有り得ません
介護職員なら当然利用者の状態や
体調管理などなど把握すべきなのに
こちらが尋ねても分かりかねます…
幾ら何でも酷すぎます…
こんな使節に評価は付けられませんし
付けたくありません…
皆さんも、介護施設選びを御検討の際は
しっかりサポート出来るのか
利用者の望む治療が出来るのかを
確認の上決めて下さいね
