準大手マンションデベロッパーの日本エスリードによる分譲マンション。
ただし、分譲とはいえ、規模はそれほど大きくなく、また部屋数が156戸で、部屋の間取りが1Kを主体にしている点等を考慮すると、実質的には、賃貸に回すことを前提とした、収益物件なのは明らか。
※すでに不動産サイトでは、賃貸として、募集がかかっているの見かけます。
よって、ご本人が住むことを前提として、分譲物件を探されている方には不向きな物件と考えた方がよいと思います。
※自治会などが機能しない、管理費等が十分な積み上がっていない、住民の入れ替わりが激しくマンションの質を下げる、等の問題に、将来的に見回れる可能性が考えられます。
ちなみに、建物自体の建設工事、とくに外観部分は完成済み。ただし内装部分はまだ多少の作業が残っている模様です。2018年10月から入居開始予定。
