高	高橋康平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 世界自然遺産候補大都会東京の中にたたずむ知るひとぞ知る秘境。公園の入り口は頂上付近から入れる数ヵ所と山の麓に位置する入り口一ヶ所。頂上には山の景色を壊さないようにと作られた質素な遊具が存在し、近隣の子供たちを楽しませている。麓の入り口から山の木々の声、野鳥たちの歌声を聞きながら登るのがおすすめ。山登りをしたことがない人にもオススメの緩やかなコースと中級者向けのやや斜面が急なコースの二つから成り立つ。板橋に古くからの住人のM田さんはこの二つのコースは選ばず藪のなかを突き進む。そうすることで自分が自然の一部であり、自然によって生かされてることを認識するのだという。一番この山に登るオススメの季節は秋。新緑の季節を終え、太陽のきらめきも穏やかになり、冷たい風が吹き出すこの季節には山の動物、木々、虫たちの冬への準備を感じることができる。池袋から15分電車に乗り、上板橋から徒歩10分。そこには人間たちが忘れかけていた自然の姿が都会に溶け込みながら静かにマイナスイオンを発しながら存在する。とうきょうのノルウェーの森といっても過言ではない。 World Natural Heritage Candidate An unexplored area known in the metropolis of Tokyo. E	EE NN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは武蔵野台地の端っこ。何億年もかけて川が大地を削っていき、ここができました。崖の険しい傾斜が見どころ。近くにある中台二丁目公園も同じく自然の崖の斜面を見ることができる貴重な場所。昨今災害対策と称して、どこの公園も木が間引かれたり、樹冠の高さを低く、枝が茂らないよう裸同様に枝打ちされたりしているのできっと2年前の絶賛されていたコメントを書かれていた方が見た鬱蒼とした森みたいなところではなくなってしまっているのではないかと思います。もっともっと早く来たかった…残念。この土地を削って崖にした川の痕跡はここを下った桜並木の下に暗渠として残っています。板橋区もここの地形の重要性を理解し、暗渠を自然の小川に戻し、自然の生態系を見ることのできる場所に戻してくれないかなと淡い期待をしてしまいます。タモリさんの好きそうな高低差のある大地を楽しめる場所なのでこの周辺は散歩にはもってこいです。 This is the end of the Musashino Plateau.
