★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「清潔感があって細かい気配り・配慮のできる人を担当にしてほしい」
と伝え、希望にあう職員さんがあくのをずっと待っていたのですが、
希望とはまったくかけ離れた人を担当にしようとしてきて、
他の人にしてほしいと伝えても希望にあいそうな職員さんがいるにも関わらずできないと言われ。とても嫌な思いをしました。
希望にあいそうな人は空き待ちさせてくれないなら最初から
断ってほしかったです。
