★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料体験の予約をし、リマインドメールも頂いていました。しかし当日教室に行ったところ、担当者は忘れていたようで、無理とのことでそのまま帰されました。その後の謝罪も無しです。
親子でたのしみにして行ったのに大変残念でした。おすすめしません。
I made a reservation for a free trial and received a reminder email. However, when I went to the classroom on the day, the person in charge seemed to have forgotten, and he was returned as it was because it was impossible. There is no subsequent apology.
It was a pity that I went there with my parents and children. Not recommended.
