★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いすゞにお世話になりました。お世話になった身として言うのは間違いかと思いますが、同じような人がでないように嘘偽りなく感想を言います。仕事のキツい組立系は社員や周りの人達のフォロー、気配りが出来ているらしいです。確実では無いのは同じ期間工の知り合いから聞いた為このような事しか言えません。
自分の配属されたところは正直言って社員や周りの長くいる派遣が難癖有りだと思います。現場に出向かない社員、情報の報連相がない職場。
不具合を出さない見逃さない、よりもゴマをするやつとしか会話をしない社員。
まあいすゞ自体は普通の自動車会社の感じだしブラックでは無いのですが、一部の工場の現場を疎かにしている社員のせいで自分はいすゞに対して不満しか無かったです。
がしかし配属ガチャ次第でキツいとされる組立は社員の思いやりや周りのフォローが出来ているらしいので、配属ガチャ外れても短期で働くのは有りだと思います。
信じるか信じないかは自分の目で確かめてください。

I'm not sure because I heard from an acquaintance of a worker for the same period, so I can only say this.
To be honest, I think it is difficult for employees and those around them to be dispatched for a long time. Employees who do not go to the site, workplaces where there is no information information.
Employees who only talk to those who do not overlook, rather than sesame.
Well, Isuzu itself feels like an ordinary automobile company and is not black, but I was only dissatisfied with Isuzu because of the employees who neglected the site of some factories.
However, it seems that the assembly, which is difficult depending on the assigned gacha, is able to be considerate of the employees and follow up with the surroundings, so I think that it is possible to work in a short time even if the assigned gacha is removed.
