公園奥に遊具、手前が運動場になっています。
遊具があるところは芝生が植えられています。
根尾川からの水路が東西で二つに分かれるのが、丁度この公園がある場所になっています。
名前の通りホタルを見ることができるようですが、ホタルを見れるような整備はされていません。
