★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理に出して一年半も音沙汰なし、途中の電話も出ないしショートメールも送っても反応なし。
修理の時計を取りに行くも、歪な取り付けで指摘すると、修理すると思いきや力わざてバキッと破損。あまりにもお粗末な対応！いくら金額が安くても質がともわなければ意味が無い。二度と利用はしない！！！
I haven't heard for a year and a half since I sent it out for repair, and I didn't respond even if I didn't get a phone call or send a short mail.
I went to get a repaired watch, but if I pointed it out with a distorted installation, I thought that it would be repaired and it was damaged suddenly. Too poor support! No matter how cheap the price is, there is no point in terms of quality. I will never use it again! !! !!

I overhauled the Omega Constellation here at the Isono Watch Store. It took about 30 days, but repairs were completed quickly in 20 days. The response was good. The skill of repair is good. The price of repair is cheap. If the clock breaks, we will repair it.

修理（ オーバーホール)をお願いしました。実は８年ほど前にこの時計屋さんの存在を知ったのですが色んな事があって修理のお願いができていませんでした。出してから2周間程で返していただきましたが、なんと料金は私のオメガはぜんまいの部品交換も含めて20,000円、家内のカルティエは15,000円でした❗カルティエ代理店での前回の料金は60,000円近くでしたので驚きです✨しかも、もし具合が悪ければ無料で再調整しますとのメモもいただきました。交換した不良部品も送っていただきましたよ。こんな時計屋さん本当にありがたいですね❗御主人のご健康と更なるご活躍を祈念致します✨ちなみに時計はすこぶる調子良いです。本当にありがとうございました。

I asked for a repair (overhaul). In fact, I knew about this watchmaker about eight years ago, but there were various things and I was not able to request repair. Two weeks after it came out, it was returned within 2 weeks, but the charge was 20,000 yen including my Omega parts replacement of the mainspring and Cartier in the house was 15,000 yen. The last charge at the Cartier agent was I was surprised that it was close to 60,000 yen. And, I also received a note that if I feel ill, I will re-adjust it for free. We also sent you the defective parts you replaced. I really appreciate such a watchmaker I pray for the health and further activity of my master The watch is in excellent condition. I'm really thankful to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通常20日から2ヵ月程度時計のオーバーホールや、修理にかかるとHPにありますが、今回は一週間程度で完了しました。
修理の状況や交換部品等の説明や提示があり素人の私にも分かりやすかった。
また今回の修理後に不具合が有れば無料で対応するとの事。誠実な店主の人柄が随所に感じられ満足してます。
It usually takes about 20 months to 2 months to overhaul or repair the clock, but it can be found on HP, but this time it was completed in about a week.
It was easy for an amateur to understand because there was an explanation and presentation of the repair status and replacement parts.
Also, if there is a problem after this repair, it will be free of charge. I am satisfied with the honest personality of the owner.

Ωに勤めていた経歴をおもちなようで腕は確かだと思います。今日もΩのゼンマイが切れたので修理をお願いしてきました。
