★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝8時から番号取りに行き、3番でした。診察が9時からで受付の方に30分位に来ればいーですね？と確認して一度帰り、9時半頃また行き待ちましたが後から来る人がどんどん呼ばれるのに私だけまったく呼ばれませんでした。2時間近く待ち受付の方に3番ってまだですか？と聞いたらようやく中待ち合いでお待ちくださいと案内…どーなってるのでしょうか？？中待ち合いで待ってる方もそれゎ絶対におかしいと言ってました。予約の方優先で一般の方待たせるなら完全予約にしたらどーですか？絶対にもぅ行きません。

ご近所さんからは「磯村さんは高い」…等、色々な意見をいただきましたが、介護をしていく上で、その様な意見をいちいち聞いていられない位、切羽つまっていましたし、地域密着型の医療介護施設でしたので、安心して任せられました。
父が亡くなった今では、磯村医院で良かったと思っています。
本当にお世話になりました。

WEBから予約した方は、電話で予約が取れているか確認するのが良さそうです。
I made a reservation for vaccination from the WEB, but I did not receive any contact even though it was out of stock.
If you make a reservation from the WEB, it seems better to check if you can make a reservation by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 磯村医院、磯村歯科受付が本当に教育がなっていない。効率も悪く素人でも目に余るくらいの対応。
更に忙しいと感じが悪く、患者に対して口調は普通だがキツいことを言っている。
看護師、先生はとても良い方ばかりなので残念。
Isomura Clinic and Isomura Dental Reception are not really educated. It is inefficient and even an amateur can handle it.
