k	keiko okada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の方と、商品を配達して下さった方に、とても良くして頂いたので、書き込みをさせて頂きました。母が使っている、デロンギのオイルヒーターの調子が悪く、危ない感じがしたので、新しいのを求めに来店しました。もう5月だし、無いかな～？と思ったのですが、在庫を尋ねると、倉庫から快く出して来て下さり、しかも、その日のうちに配達もして下さる事になりました。母は、モノを大切にするタイプで、まだ使えるからと、なかなか手放さないので、配送の人に、『古いデロンギを回収されるのを拒んだら、引き取り価格で、安くしてます』と言って下さいとお願いしてみたのです。案の定、母は回収されるのを嫌がったみたいでしたが、配達して下さった方が、古い方のデロンギをみて下さり、不具合を丁寧に教えて下さり、お願いした通りに、『引き取り価格で、安くしてます』と言って下さり説得して下さいました。不具合のヒーターを使って事故になると大変と心配していたので、安心できました。お手数をおかけして申し訳ない事でした。そして、本当にありがとうございました。これからもどうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。 I wrote it down because it was very good for the shop staff and the person who delivered the product.
